Welcome to TEE'Quor™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including custom-designed and print‑on‑demand merchandise sold through our Shopify‑powered ecommerce platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Products & Services

  • We sell custom‑printed T‑shirts, accessories, and other merchandise.
  • We offer print‑on‑demand services and accept custom design requests.
  • All products are made to order; slight variations in color, size, or print alignment may occur.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
  • We currently accept and fulfill orders within the United States and its territories only.

2. Orders, Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
  • Orders may be modified or canceled only within a short window after purchase. Full refunds are available only before production begins.
  • Once an order enters production, it becomes final. However, you may still contact us immediately to see if assistance is possible.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, design violations, or inventory issues. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded.

3. Payments

  • All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

4. Taxes

  • Applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • If you qualify for tax‑exempt purchasing, you may be required to provide a valid exemption certificate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to customers within the United States and its territories only.
  • Shipping times vary based on product type, customization, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other force majeure events.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

7. Custom Designs & User Submissions

You may request modifications to existing designs via our Contact page. By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use the submitted material.
  • Your content does not infringe on third‑party rights or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates our policies. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display custom designs in our portfolio or marketing materials.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website—including logos, product images, and original designs—is the property of TEE’Quor or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Third‑Party Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and strive to ensure all designs are original or properly licensed. If you believe your IP has been used without authorization, please contact us through our Contact page and include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the intellectual property
  • Proof of ownership or authorization
  • The specific URL(s) or product(s) in question
  • A statement of good‑faith belief
  • A statement under penalty of perjury
  • Your signature (typed or digital)

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate and remove infringing content if necessary. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice including:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in the relevant legal district

We will forward your counter‑notice to the original complainant and may restore the content if no legal action is initiated within 10 business days.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload or transmit malicious code
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Johnson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
