TEE'Quor™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) takes pride in delivering high‑quality, custom‑printed products. Because many of our items are made to order, this Refund & Return Policy explains how and when refunds or returns may be issued. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered
  • There is a printing error or sizing issue caused by us

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing due to customer error
  • Custom designs submitted by the customer that meet the approved specifications

Wrong Address:
If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility or that of our fulfillment partner. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once a corrected address is provided.

Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility or our fulfillment partner’s facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

2. Return Request Timeframe

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Refund Options

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion based on the nature of the issue.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is authorized:

  • We will provide return instructions and may cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Custom & Print‑on‑Demand Products

All custom and print‑on‑demand items are final sale unless they meet the refund eligibility criteria listed above.
We encourage customers to review product details, sizing charts, and design previews carefully before placing an order.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. If your jurisdiction grants additional rights, we will honor those as required by law.
